Mini 59 - RESULTS

Doofenshmirtz wipes some tears from his eyes.

"Oh I can't believe this! You think it's Peter the Panda? But we've had so many good times together! I know we haven't been seeing eye to eye recently, but I thought he understood our ex-nemesis relationship and respected it. Well...now that I'm thinking straight, I realized that Norm is connected to the security cameras I have installed here, making this whole trial thing kinda...pointless.

Anywho, let's turn these puppies on and see what really happened."

He flicks a switch on Norm's back, which causes a screen to pop out of his face. With a few more button pushes the screen whirrs to life, showing a rather grainy image of the Lab, which slowly sharpens.

The camera shows the aftermath of the Despair-inator's explosion. One lone figure is standing in the Lab, their gaze unwavering, glaring daggers at Perry the Platypus, who has entered the Living Room. After a few seconds they run into the Closet full of Inators.

The camera feed cuts to an interior view of the closet. The figure rummages around the area, putting on the Yodel-inator and slinging the Age-Accelerator-inator over their shoulders. The pause for a moment to rest, then pull a cloth off a discarded inator in the corner, the Voice-inator. They flick the on switch and it whirrs to life, a soft hum building as it charges up.

The figure pokes his head out towards the Lab, then quickly rushes out, heading towards the balcony. They hide behind a potted Venus Flytrap, who starts to gnaw on their arm. They let out a soft cough, and notice their voice is higher than normal. At that, they turn on the Yodel-inator. The two inators voice altering qualities combine to create a perfect replica of Doctor Doofenshmirtz's gravely high-pitched voice, while still adding a hypnotic lure to their words. The figure calls out,

"Oh Perry the Platypus~ I’ve got an evil scheme out here for you to foil! Come quickly!"

and goes back to hiding behind the plant, grinning to themself as Perry comes out of the Trap Room, and approaches the balcony. They wait a few long moments, waiting for him to get in range, until finally...

ZAAAP!

The figure shoots Perry the Platypus square in the chest with the Age-Accelerator-inator! Perry begins to age rapidly, his fur going gray as he shields his eyes from the harsh glow of the ray. The figure moves quickly, jumping forward and kicking Perry square in the chest, causing him to tumble over the railing and well...Doctor Doofenshmirtz fast forwards through this part.

When he resumes, the figure has just finished smashing up the Age-Accelerator-inator and the Yodel-inator in the Evil Lab. They're just about to hide them behind some blueprints when Doctor Doofenshmirtz walks in. He greets the figure, and takes the parts off him, building his TV-Track-inator out of these spare parts. The figure gets a pat on the head and leaves, turning back to look at Doof, where the camera zooms in and gets a clear look at his face.

Doctor Secret Agent The Giant Rat That Makes All Of The Rules does a victory dance. He calls out to Peter.

“You silent fiend. What have you to say for yourself. Murdering out good friend Perry The Platypus. I am appalled”

[Vaellin the Bard]

Peche just seems relieved it's not Mao. "Thank goodness. We aren't going to die."

[Ktoasty]

"Agent P, so it was you that killed Agent P. I can't say it wasn't unexpected, after the nemesis disputes with Doof. I just wish you'd chosen a different path from murder."

"And I'm sorry I doubted you, Agent P. You were an invaluable teammate in solving the case."

[Tetsu]

Peter takes his coffee and sips as the results is reveal.

"Oh, I do have something to say. First of all, I've never forgotten you Dr.Doof, and so much so, you were not only my nemesis but also a great confidant at times. And when I got transferred because they say that your threat level in the Tri-State Area decreased and I was to be replace by a new recruit, I hated it. I despise O.W.C.A for do that. But working far away from here had made me forgotten my hate for what used to be mine."

He sips his coffee more intently

"To learn that we were invited back by O.W.C.A regards to your threat level, I had to take the opportunity to see you again. When we were gathered, and I heard that Perry was here...and through the grapevine how you loved him, I hate grew and being hit with that Despair-inator, it only magnified the hate. If I were to return I wanted to be reinstated to be Dr.Doof's nemesis, this town is too small for two animal agents for a nemesis and Doof's heart could only fit one in and I intended to do just that. I have succeeded yet failed because, not only have I left a gaping hole in my heart but Dr.Doof's nemesis heart now is empty. For that I am sorry."

He takes another sips of coffee before putting down his fedora on the ground and walk towards Dr.Doof

"I'm ready for my retribution."

Doofenshmirtz is shocked. Tears well up in his eyes as he grabs a nearby remote. He presses a button and a metal claw comes out, grabbing Peter the Panda by the waist and hoisting him up into the center of the room.

Peter the Panda you...I can't believe this! Jealousy?! That's why you took my nemesis away from me!? Well I'll be taking away much more than that with my

cw: death, transformation, harm to animals.

BARRAGE OF INATORS THAT WILL DESTROY PETER THE PANDA

Doof pulls the sheet off the thing in the center of the lab, revealing a console with several big levers and buttons. The roof of the lab opens up, revealing the late afternoon sky. Doof presses a few buttons and the floor rises up, pulling Peter the Panda and himself up higher and higher. Doof pulls several more levers and tons of different inators rise up, pointing at Peter.

Let's start with the...Age-Accelerator-Inator Mark II. Seems fitting.

He pushes a big red button and out fires a burst of energy from one of the inators, enveloping Peter the Panda in a sickly green glow. His body starts to age, his fur turning gray as 60 years pass in a few moments.

Alright now the Ugly-inator.

Peter's skin begins to warp, warts sprouting over his body, his limbs elongating so they're at uneven lengths.

Beam after beam hits Peter the Panda, warping his body, making him melt, re-freeze, evaporate, solidify, over and over again. Eventually the glow becomes too bright to see, yet still Doofenshmirtz keeps activating more inators, cackling as he does. Eventually, each inator turns off one by one, the blinding glow subsiding until finally, the last inator turns off. Weirdly, the Evaporator-inator fires off towards the suburbs when Doof nudges a lever by mistake.

You all look up as Doof lowers the platform, revealing what's left of Peter the Panda.

A small pile of ash, and a pristine fedora.

"Hmm...I expected more...pizzaz. Did I hit him with the Transport-to-another-dimention-inator during that barrage? Or was it the Dust-inator that did him in? Ah well...no more Peter the Panda."

Doof takes a breath and walks away from the machine.

"I feel empty. Who knew revenge was so unsatifying? Maybe it's time to build a time-machine-inator or something. Eh I can think about that tomorrow. You all can go, I'm going to bed. Oh wait I almost forgot!"

He presses the self destruct button on the Barrage...etc-inator which blows up the console and the attached inators.

"Curse you Perry the Platypus and blah blah blah...sigh...Goodnight."

The rest of you head back to HQ, when you notice Mao isn't wearing Perry's fedora anymore. He can't seem to remember when he took it off either. Odd.

Meanwhile a few blocks away, a couple of kids are enjoying the waning hours of their summer day under a tree.

"Wow that lifesize recreation of Sweden we made out of ice sure was cool. Too bad it sorta...evaporated. It's a shame Perry wasn't around to see it. Speaking of which I wonder where-"

A platypus walks up and lets out a chitter.

"Oh. There you are Perry."
